    We ship Australia-wide for a flat rate of $9.95. If you live in a remote area, we’ll contact you if additional charges apply before processing your order.

    Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, with longer times for remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on Australia Post and courier services.

  • Do you offer express shipping?

    We don’t currently offer express shipping as a standard option, but if you need your bouquet urgently, please contact us before ordering.

  • Can I pre-order for a recital or special event?

    Yes! We encourage ordering ahead of peak seasons to avoid disappointment. Bouquets are beautifully gift-boxed and can be stored until needed.
